How we score construction opportunities

FieldFlowHub does not sell leads. It turns public construction records into project intelligence a contractor can use to decide what to pursue.

The pipeline

The Opportunity repository remains the source of truth. Construction projects are grouped Opportunity records, not a second database.

  1. 01

    Collect

Construction permits, planning records, property information, and related public data from official open-data sources.

  2. 02

    Normalize

Standardize inconsistent municipal and public records into the existing Opportunity schema. Source and retrieval date stay attached to every record.

  3. 03

    Connect

Associate permits, properties, and project activity at the same site. Related records become one construction opportunity, not six unrelated rows.

  4. 04

    Identify projects

Group by parcel when a PIN is present, otherwise by normalized address. A project is the construction activity; an opportunity is the sales potential of that project.

  5. 05

    Score opportunities

Evaluate evidenced signals only: value, recency, stage, trade relevance, building size, and related permit activity. Missing data is omitted, not invented.

  6. 06

    Surface intelligence

Present the highest-value opportunities to contractors with filters, permit records, and the signals behind each score.

What the score is

Opportunity score estimates how attractive a project appears as a potential sales opportunity. It is not a building quality rating, a contractor review, or a guarantee that work is available.

What we do not claim

  • No invented owner, developer, or contractor contacts.
  • No exclusive-lead framing or paid marketplace packaging.
  • No stage or score reasoning that the source data cannot support.
